# Privacy Policy — Lucky Lever

Last updated: 03.10.2026

Rokitskiy.DEV built the Lucky Lever app as an Ad-Supported app with optional in-app purchases.
This SERVICE is provided by Rokitskiy.DEV at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.
The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service.
I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

About the Game

Lucky Lever is a social casino game for adults (18+) and is for entertainment only. It uses virtual coins that have no real-world value. Coins can never be cashed out, exchanged, transferred or gifted, and no real money or prizes can be won. Success in this game does not imply success at real-money gambling.

Information Collection and Use

Lucky Lever does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any account registration.
When you first open the app, it asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older. Only the fact that you confirmed is stored, on your device. Your date of birth is never asked for.

The app signs you in anonymously through Firebase Authentication. This creates a random identifier that is not linked to your identity. It is used to keep your game progress safe.

Google Play Games (optional)

If you use Google Play Games on your device, the app can sign you in with it — automatically when Play Games allows it, or when you tap Sign in with Play Games in your profile. The app then receives your Play Games gamer name, profile picture and player ID. Your gamer name and picture are shown only to you, in your profile. The player ID is linked to your game account in Firebase so that your progress can be restored when you reinstall the app or play on another device.

The app does not receive your email address, your contacts or your Google account password. You can manage or turn off Play Games in the Google Play Games settings on your device.

The app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or files.

Game Progress

The following is stored on your device and, linked to your game account identifier (and to your Play Games player ID if you signed in with Play Games), on Google’s Firebase servers: your coin balance, level and experience, game statistics (number of spins, biggest win), the times of your last bonuses, your purchases, and a random player number shown in your profile.

Your game progress is not public. There are no other players, chats or leaderboards in the app.

Information Stored Only on Your Device

Your settings (sound, music, vibration, reduced motion) and your age confirmation are stored only on your device.

Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Link to the privacy policy of third-party service providers used by the app:

In-App Purchases

Packs of virtual coins and the Remove ads option are sold through Google Play Billing. Payments are processed entirely by Google. I never receive or store your card details or other payment information. I only receive a confirmation that the purchase was made, so that the coins can be added or the ads removed.

Purchased coins are virtual items for use inside the game only. They have no real-world value and cannot be refunded by me, cashed out, exchanged, transferred or gifted. Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its rules.

Analytics and Log Data

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played in general — for example how long sessions last and which screens are used — so that the game can be balanced and improved. This information is tied to your anonymous identifier and your device’s advertising ID or app-instance ID, not to your name.

The app may receive game settings from Firebase Remote Config. These settings change how the game is balanced; they do not collect additional information about you.

The third-party services listed above may keep their own technical logs, which may include your device’s IP address, device model, operating system version and the time of the request.

Cookies, Ads and Consent

This Service does not explicitly use “cookies”. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
Specifically, Google AdMob may use cookies and other identifiers, including the device advertising ID, to serve and measure ads.

The app shows banner ads in the lobby and the shop, full-screen ads when you return to the lobby, and optional video ads that you choose to watch in exchange for virtual coins. Video ads are always optional and clearly labelled.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google’s User Messaging Platform. You can change your choice at any time in the app: Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device’s settings.
The Remove ads purchase removes banner and full-screen ads; optional reward videos stay available.

Notifications

The app does not currently send notifications. If this changes, this policy will be updated first, and notifications will be sent only with your permission.

Service Providers

I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

  • To facilitate our Service;
  • To provide the Service on our behalf;
  • To perform Service-related services; or
  • To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

Security

I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. All communication between the app and the servers is encrypted (HTTPS). The data is stored by Google Cloud in data centres in Europe.
But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Age Restriction and Children’s Privacy

Lucky Lever is intended only for people aged 18 or older and cannot be played without confirming this. These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
In the case I discover that a child has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do the necessary actions.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your game progress stays linked to your game account for as long as you use the app.

Delete it yourself, at any time: in the app, open Settings → Delete my progress. This immediately deletes your coins, level and statistics from your device and from Firebase, together with your game account and its link to your Play Games player ID. It needs an internet connection. Purchases stay with your Google Play account.

You can also request deletion by email at the address below; I will delete the data linked to your game account from Firebase within 30 days. Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your device.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
