# Terms of Service – Lucky Lever

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the Lucky Lever app (the “Service”), made by Rokitskiy.DEV. By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
How your information is handled is described separately in the Privacy Policy.

1. Who Can Play

Lucky Lever is intended only for people aged 18 or older. By confirming your age in the app you state that you are at least 18 and old enough under the laws of your country to use a social casino game. Do not use the Service if social casino games are not allowed where you live.

2. Entertainment Only

Lucky Lever is a social casino game for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling. No real money, prizes or anything of value can be won. Success in this game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

3. Virtual Coins

The game uses virtual coins. Coins, levels, bonuses and any other in-game items are not your property: you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the game only.

Coins have no real-world value.
Coins can never be cashed out, redeemed for money or prizes, exchanged, sold, transferred or gifted — inside or outside the app.
Coins have no value outside the game, whether you received them for free, from bonuses, from video ads or by purchase.
I may change how coins are earned, priced or used, and may correct a balance that was changed by a technical error.

4. In-App Purchases

Coin packs and the Remove ads option are sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment, and Google Play’s terms and refund rules apply to it. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

A purchase is completed and delivered as soon as Google Play confirms it, and the purchased coins are added to your balance straight away. Except where the law requires otherwise or Google Play grants a refund, purchases are final and cannot be refunded by me, and unused coins are not refunded. If a purchase is refunded, the coins or the Remove ads option it gave may be removed.

Remove ads turns off banner and full-screen ads. Optional reward videos stay available, because you choose to watch them.

5. Ads

The Service is ad-supported. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Watching a video ad in exchange for coins is always optional. I am not responsible for the content of ads or of the websites and apps they lead to.

6. Game Outcomes

The results of every spin are determined by the game’s software. The rules, paylines, symbol payouts, bonuses and the share of coins the game returns may be adjusted over time to balance the game, and may differ between players. A spin’s result is final once it is shown. Malfunctions void the affected plays and pays.

7. Your Game Progress

You do not need an account. Your progress is stored on your device and linked to an anonymous game account, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you sign in with Google Play Games, your progress is linked to your Play Games account and can be restored on another device; if your Play Games account already has progress from another device, you choose which one to keep, and the other one is replaced.

Without Play Games sign-in, progress can be lost — for example if you clear the app’s data, change your device or uninstall the app — and I may not be able to restore it. You can delete your progress yourself in Settings → Delete my progress. Lost or deleted coins or progress are not compensated.

8. Fair Use

You agree not to:

cheat, use bugs, automation, modified versions of the app or any other tool to gain coins or progress;
copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or modify the app, except where the law expressly allows it;
interfere with the Service, its servers or its ads, or generate fake ad views or clicks;
sell or offer coins, progress or game data for money or anything of value.

If these Terms are broken, I may reset the affected progress or coins or stop providing the Service to that device, without refund where the law permits.

9. Play Responsibly

Lucky Lever is meant to be fun. Take breaks and keep track of how much time and money you spend. If you feel that gaming or gambling is becoming a problem for you or someone close to you, please look for support from a local help organisation, such as BeGambleAware or Gambling Therapy.

10. Ownership

The app, its game design, artwork, characters, sounds, text and code belong to Rokitskiy.DEV or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Using the Service does not give you any ownership of them.

11. Changes and Availability

I may update, change or stop the Service, or any part of it, at any time — for example to add or remove machines, change bonuses or fix errors. If the Service is permanently shut down, I will try to announce it in advance where reasonably possible. Unused coins have no value and are not refunded when the Service ends.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. I do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, Rokitskiy.DEV is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of coins, progress or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Your Rights as a Consumer

Nothing in these Terms affects the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

14. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The new version is posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date and applies from that date. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
